Membership Structure and Pricing
- Per-Building Billing:
- Memberships are purchased per individual building. Each building is billed and managed independently, even where multiple buildings share the same postal address or site (e.g., estates, business parks, or multi-block residential developments).
- Example: If an estate comprises five residential buildings (Blocks A–E), membership will be charged for five buildings.
- Annual Membership Fee:
- The current rate is £20 per building per month, billed annually in advance. There are no discounts for multi-building or multi-year purchases.
- Annual Price Adjustment:
- To maintain the performance, security, and long-term scalability of the Blueprint portal, and to accommodate the growth in data usage and storage over time, a 5% increase in membership fees will apply annually. This increase will take effect on each membership renewal date.
- This is a fixed and automatic annual uplift and applies to all customers equally. It forms part of our commitment to transparent, consistent pricing and long-term platform sustainability.
User Access
- Blueprint’s portal is hosted on secure, UK-based infrastructure with:
- AES-256 encryption for data at rest
- TLS 1.2+ secure data transmission
- Role-based access controls and full audit logs
- Blueprint is fully compliant with UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and uses AWS ISO 27001 hosting.
Other Key Terms
- No Proration or Refunds:
- Annual fees are fixed at the point of billing. No refunds or proration will be applied for deactivated buildings or reduced usage during the year.
- Non-Transferability:
- Access rights are assigned per building and cannot be transferred between buildings or resold to third parties without prior written consent from Blueprint Compliance.
- Policy Updates:
- We reserve the right to amend these terms to remain aligned with statutory and regulatory requirements. Customers will be notified in advance of any material changes.
