How is pricing structured and are any discounts available?
Each building is charged at £20 per month, billed annually in advance. There are no discounts for bulk or multi-year subscriptions. A fixed 5 percent uplift applies at each renewal to support continued improvements and performance.
Is the platform secure and compliant with data protection laws?
Yes. Blueprint is hosted on secure UK-based infrastructure with ISO 27001 certification. All data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher. We are fully compliant with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Can residents access the portal and what information do they see?
Yes. Residents receive read-only access limited to their own dwelling. They can view project updates, safety notices, and relevant documentation but cannot upload or edit any data.
What happens if a building is removed before the end of the year?
Annual memberships are non-refundable and not prorated. If a building is removed mid-term, access continues until the end of the billing period with no credit or refund applied.
What kind of customer support is available?
We provide full human support during standard UK working hours. You can email or call directly and speak with someone who knows the platform and understands the regulations.
Can the portal be customised to suit our organisation?
Yes. Blueprint is continuously improved and we welcome suggestions. If you require specific adaptations, contact support with your request and it will be reviewed by our engineering team.
What training resources are provided?
The portal includes a Help page with video tutorials and step-by-step guides. Live demos and tailored training sessions are available on request.
How long does it take to get started with Blueprint?
For small to medium portfolios, implementation usually takes 3 to 5 days. Larger portfolios may take up to 2 weeks, depending on complexity. We aim to get every client up and running as quickly as possible.
